Monthly Neurogenic Yoga

Monthly Neurogenic Yoga at Canon Frome Court

First Sunday of the month 3-5 pm, starting October 2026
Canon Frome Court, near Ledbury

This monthly practice is for people who have already attended an introductory TRE or Neurogenic Yoga workshop with me, or who have worked with me one-to-one.

It offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your body through regular practice in the company of others.

Each session begins with an opportunity to arrive together, followed by a gentle embodied movement practice. Together, we explore a theme which gently informs and enriches our practice. From there, the invitation is simply to continue listening to your body. For some, that may include exploring neurogenic tremoring; for others, the practice may unfold through stillness, meditation or an extended savasana. There is never any expectation, only an invitation to respond to what your body needs on that particular day.

Practising together offers something unique. There is something profoundly connecting about sharing a space with others who are learning to trust their bodies in this way.

I hope you'll join us.

Bookings open soon. Supporter £40 | Standard £35 | Concession £25. If you have previous experience of TRE or Neurogenic Yoga with someone other than me, please drop me a line before booking so we can make sure this group is a good fit for you.

Workshops

An introduction to TRE

Friday 18th September, 12-2pm
Canon Frome Court, Ledbury

These two-hour stand-alone workshop offers an introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a practice that invites us to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. Through a series of simple movements, we create the conditions for the body's natural tremor mechanism to emerge. There is never any expectation that anything specific needs to happen. The invitation is simply to listen, to follow your body's intelligence, and to become curious about a capacity that is already present.

TRE is an excellent way into this work if you are not naturally drawn towards yoga. The exercises we use are very straightforward and can be modified to suit your body.

Bookings open soon. Supporter £40 | Standard £35 | Concession £25.

An introduction to Neurogenic Yoga

Sunday 25th October, 10am-12pm
Yogasara, Bristol

This two-hour stand-alone small group workshop offers an introduction to Neurogenic Yoga, a sister practice to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises).

Using yoga postures, movement, and breath, we create the conditions for the body to reconnect with its natural tremor mechanism. This neurogenic process can support the release of long-held tension patterns and help restore the body's innate capacity for regulation, resilience, and connection.

Each workshop includes background and theory, a preparatory yoga sequence that creates space to explore natural pulsation and impulse, and an opportunity to experience tremoring within a safe and supportive container.

Workshops are self-paced and there is no expectation that anything specific needs to happen. The invitation is simply to listen, to follow the body's intelligence, and to explore a capacity that is already present.

Booking is essential. Supporter £40 | Standard £35 | Concession £25. Book your place here.

Deepening into the Practice (Neurogenic Yoga)

Sunday 25th October, 2pm-4pm
Yogasara, Bristol

This two-hour stand-alone small group workshops is for anyone with previous experience of neurogenic tremoring, whether through Neurogenic Yoga, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), or a personal tremoring practice. If you haven’t previously practiced with me, drop me an email before booking to let me know about your tremoring experience.

We will spend less time on background and theory, and more time in embodied exploration. The workshop includes a longer preparatory yoga sequence designed to support grounding, regulation, and connection with the body's natural rhythms, alongside practices that explore some of the anatomical and physiological patterns involved in stress, protection, and resilience. Particular attention will be given to the deep front line and the role it plays in how we hold and release tension.

This will be followed by an extended opportunity to explore tremoring within a safe and spacious container.

As always, tremoring is entirely self-paced and there is no expectation that anything specific needs to happen. The invitation is simply to listen, to follow the body's intelligence, and to deepen your relationship with a capacity that is already present.

Booking is essential. Supporter £40 | Standard £35 | Concession £25. Book your place here.

Individual sessions

Personalised TRE, Neurogenic Yoga or nervous system support

Canon Frome Court (by appointment). Online available by arrangement.

Individual sessions provide an opportunity to slow down and be met exactly where you are. Although we may work with a particular modality, each session is guided by what your nervous system needs on that particular day.

We might work with TRE, Neurogenic Yoga, breath, movement or nervous system education—or simply spend time listening together to what is asking for attention. The emphasis is never on trying to fix or force anything.

People come to this work for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes life has become overwhelming. Sometimes there is a sense of feeling stuck, heavy or disconnected. There may be something specific you are working with. Sometimes there is simply a curiosity about what becomes possible when we begin listening more closely to the body.

My role is very simple: to help you discover that your body already knows far more than either of us does, and to support you as your trust in that profound intelligence naturally deepens.

While a single session can be valuable, this work often unfolds most beautifully over time. This is not a relationship to be rushed. For that reason, many people choose to begin with a series of sessions, allowing space for the work to unfold at its own pace.

Sessions are 90 minutes and can be booked individually (£90) or as a series of six (£450).

Before booking individual sessions, I ask everyone to arrange a free discovery call. This gives us both an opportunity to explore whether this work—and whether I'm the right person to support you—feels like a good fit.

For organisations and communities

Alongside my private and group offerings, I also welcome opportunities to work with organisations, charities and community groups.

I offer introductory workshops, regular groups, talks and bespoke programmes exploring embodiment, nervous system regulation, TRE, Neurogenic Yoga and yoga philosophy.

If you'd like to explore what's possible, please get in touch.
