Awakening the tremor

Two hour workshop: An Introduction to Neurogenic Yoga

This two-hour stand-alone small group workshop offers an introduction to Neurogenic Yoga, a sister practice to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises).

Using yoga postures, movement, and breath, we create the conditions for the body to reconnect with its natural tremor mechanism. This neurogenic process can support the release of long-held tension patterns and help restore the body's innate capacity for regulation, resilience, and connection.

Each workshop includes background and theory, a preparatory yoga sequence that creates space to explore natural pulsation and impulse, and an opportunity to experience tremoring within a safe and supportive container.

Workshops are self-paced and there is no expectation that anything specific needs to happen. The invitation is simply to listen, to follow the body's intelligence, and to explore a capacity that is already present.

Each workshop is two hours long and costs £35 per person (some bursary places are available—please get in touch if cost is a barrier to participation).

The next workshop will be held at Yogasara, Bristol on 28th June 10-12pm.

Book your place here. Or book a free discovery call to find out more.

You are also welcome to contact me if you would like to arrange a workshop for your own community, organisation, or project.

Deepening into the Practice

Two hour workshop: Continuing the Exploration of Neurogenic Yoga

These two-hour stand-alone small group workshops are for anyone with previous experience of neurogenic tremoring, whether through Neurogenic Yoga, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), or a personal tremoring practice. If you haven’t previously practiced with me, drop me an email before booking to let me know about your tremoring experience.

Together we will spend less time on background and theory, and more time in embodied exploration. The workshop includes a longer preparatory yoga sequence designed to support grounding, regulation, and connection with the body's natural rhythms, alongside practices that explore some of the anatomical and physiological patterns involved in stress, protection, and resilience. Particular attention will be given to the deep front line and the role it plays in how we hold and release tension.

This will be followed by an extended opportunity to explore tremoring within a safe and spacious container.

As always, tremoring is entirely self-paced and there is no expectation that anything specific needs to happen. The invitation is simply to listen, to follow the body's intelligence, and to deepen your relationship with a capacity that is already present.

Each workshop is two hours long and costs £35 per person (some bursary places are available—please get in touch if cost is a barrier to participation).

The next workshop will be held at Yogasara, Bristol on 28th June 2-4pm.

Book your place here, or arrange a free discovery call to find out more.

You can also contact me if you’d like to arrange a workshop in your area or for a specific group/project.

Release, reset, restore

Two hour workshop: An Introduction to TRE

These two-hour stand-alone workshop offers an introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a practice that invites us to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. Through a series of gentle movements developed by Dr. David Berceli, we awaken the body’s natural tremor mechanism — a deeply intelligent process that releases tension, restores balance, and helps us remember what the body already knows: how to return to ease, safety, and wholeness.

TRE is an excellent way into this work if you are not naturally drawn towards yoga. The exercises we use are very straightforward and can be modified to suit your body.

Each workshop is two-hours long and costs £35 per person (some bursary places available - please ask if cost is a barrier to participation). All welcome - no experience necessary. Watch this space for details of the next workshop or contact me to register an interest.
