Awakening the tremor

An introduction to neurogenic yoga at the Fold, Bransford, Sundays 3-5pm, repeated 14th Dec, 22nd Feb, 12th April

These two-hour stand-alone workshops offer an introduction to neurogenic yoga, an approach that uses yoga postures, movement, and breath to prepare the body to come back into relationship with its natural tremor mechanism. This neurogenic process (the same process we are working with in TRE) helps release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. By reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom, we remember what it means to return to ease, safety, and wholeness.

Each workshop is two-hours long and costs £35 per person (some bursary places available - please ask if cost is a barrier to participation). All welcome - no experience necessary. These workshops will intentionally be small so book your place now to avoid disappointment. You are welcome to attend more than one workshop but please note that material will be repeated.

Release, reset, restore

An introduction to TRE at the Fold, Bransford, Sundays 3-5pm, repeated 16th Nov, 18th Jan, 15th March

This two-hour stand-alone workshop offers an introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), a practice that invites us to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. Through a series of gentle movements developed by Dr. David Berceli, we awaken the body’s natural tremor mechanism — a deeply intelligent process that releases tension, restores balance, and helps us remember what the body already knows: how to return to ease, safety, and wholeness.

TRE is an excellent way into this work if you are not naturally drawn towards yoga. The exercises we use are very straightforward and can be modified to suit your body.

Each workshop is two-hours long and costs £35 per person (some bursary places available - please ask if cost is a barrier to participation). All welcome - no experience necessary. "I just wanted to share with you how grateful I am for the session yesterday. You held the space so beautifully. Before the session, I felt slightly apprehensive, knowing it could potentially bring up emotions but I soon felt at ease and safe. You created an environment of non-judgment and emotional safety which helped me fully let go.I felt a real sense of emotional release and peace by the end of the session and lots of gratitude for being able to experience that.

Thank you for helping me find another tool to help me to come back to myself."
